The Manchester Rotary Club of Manchester, Iowa recently completed a service project for the City of Manchester by partially funding and contributing labor for the purpose of planting perennials along the main west entrance to Manchester. This was a fun project for all involved and culminated with the Rotary Club receiving this fall the Distinguished Service Award from the City of Manchester for the work that was done...
