The incoming GSE team from D-3260 (India) will visit our district April 27 - May 24. The district is now accepting club requests for hosting opportunities with the team. If your club is interested in hosting the team, please contact Jim Coloff, GSE Chair, at: jacoloff@hotmail.com. If your club had previously inquired about hosting, please re-submit your request as a confirmation that you are still interested.

Club hosting responsibilities include: in-home housing, meals, an itinerary in your community (due March 1st), transportation in your community, and transportation to the following host site. You are encouraged to also arrange for a reception or other group event for our GSE guests.

GSE Team Ready To Depart For India

The team leaves Sunday, January 20th for India. Their host is District 3260.

Tom Teggatz, Hampton Rotary Club, has been selected at the GSE Team Leader for the upcoming exchange with India (D-3260).

Tom is married and lives in Hampton, and is a 12 year Rotarian. He is a retired military officer and local business owner. He is involved in his community as American Legion Commander, Windsor Theatre Board, Main Street Hampton Board and past board memberships include a RAGBRAI committee chair in 2007, Franklin County Development, Hampton Community Christian Daycare, and Franklin's counties non-elected representative to the NIACOG board. He has traveled overseas to Panama, Japan, Egypt and Kuwait, and recently volunteered for a Rotary trip to Honduras in 2007.

Team members are being sought to join Rotarian Teggatz for 4 weeks in India (D-3260) from January 19 to February 16, 2008. Please recruit individuals 25-40. Learn More

D-5970 is seeking candidates for Group Study Exchange team members. Team member candidates must be non-Rotarians, and cannot be immediate family members of Rotarians. They must be between the ages of 25 and 40. We are seeking professional individuals who will represent D-5970 in our host district and bring back their cultural and professional experiences to share with their co-workers, local rotary club and family here.

Rotary provides all travel arrangements and the host district provides food, lodging and entertainment while traveling.
