Celebration and Inspiration!
Two words to describe this year's district conference - and that it was!!

We all heard speakers like Brad Howard, Rotary International Director from California; Dr. Mark Nook, President of University of Northern Iowa; Taylor Burgart, telling us how RYLA changed his life.   12 Inbound and Outbound Exchange Students shared their experiences and hopes.  Many attended a great performance of the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Symphony at the beautiful Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center, preceded by a Rotary Foundation 100th Birthday celebration!

A number of visitors from other Districts expanded our minds toward more possibilities.  "Rollin' with Rotary 2017" kicked-off at our Conference.  Live-stream video with another District Conference launched our weekend.
