To meet our district goal to successfully nominate a global scholar each year requires the help of Rotarians through out our district to identify candidates and at least one club being wiling to be a sponsor for a global scholar. The Global and Peace Scholarship Committee and other members of the District Foundation are ready to help clubs through the nomination process. The costs for a global scholar are paid for by a combination of funds from District 5970 and the Rotary International Foundation.
