West Lake Okoboji hasn't even frozen yet, but you can already buy tickets for the Iowa Great Lakes Rotary Club's Annual Car Drop contest.

A random clock generator selects your minute. Notification of your time will then be sent to your email address. As in the past, the winning time will be determined by a clock in the car that stops when the car falls through the melted ice.
Only 720 tickets are available because the time represents both an "am" and "pm" time. The winner will once again this year receive $1,000. Proceeds from the contest go to local Rotary outreach projects.
